What if my computer is slow or unresponsive?

If you're experiencing issues with your computer and it's becoming unresponsive, don't worry - I'm here to help! Whether your computer is sluggish, not turning on, freezing, crashing, or showing error messages, I have solutions for you.

Tune-Up via Remote Session

If your computer is slow to respond to your clicks and key presses, it may just need to be updated and tuned up, and scanned for viruses. This can be easily done through a Remote Session. I can remotely access your computer and perform the necessary optimizations to improve its performance, to check for updates and malware infections. It's a quick and convenient way to get your computer back up to speed.

Upgrade Your Internet Service

If your computer runs fine with offline applications (such as Word, Excel, Office or productivity apps) but it is slow when you're using the internet, delivering inconsistent video or music streams, or it's unstable during Zoom or Skype meetings, then you may need to contact your current Internet Service Provider (ISP) to upgrade your existing service or find a faster ISP in your town.

On-Site Visit for Serious Issues

If your computer has been hacked or compromised, is completely unresponsive (such as not turning on, freezing, crashing), or if the screen is blank, black, flickering or showing the Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) or other significant errors, it requires an On-Site Visit. I will check for security issues, diagnose problems, troubleshoot any hardware or software issues, and provide the necessary repairs to get your computer up and running again.

Computer Replacement for Physical Damage

If your computer has been damaged by a power surge or outage, continually restarts, or has sustained physical damage from being dropped, cracked, or exposed to liquid, it may be time for a replacement. I can guide you through the process of selecting a new computer that meets your needs and get you back up and running in no time.
